Ingredients
- Choose whatever steak variety that you most enjoy. The instructions below are extremely flexible and will result in a lovely steak bursting with flavor with whatever cut you love most!

- Thaw the steak (preferably 24 hours before cooking).
- Season (recipe below) both sides of the steak, rubbing the seasoning in thoroughly, and place in the refrigerator to rest.
- Remove steak from the refrigerator 6 – 8 hours before cooking.
- Allow the steak to breathe at room temperature, flipping every hour.
- Place on preheated grilled and sear both sides for 3 – 5 minutes.
- Cook on indirect heat to desired internal temperature. (Rare: 125°-130° | Medium-Rare: 130°-140° | Medium: 140°-150° | Medium-Well: 150°-155° | Well-Done: 160°+
- Let the steak rest for 5 – 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

- Apply Worcestershire Sauce liberally to both sides of steak and rub in.
- Sprinkle Seasoning Salt to both sides and rub in.
- Sprinkle Pepper to both sides and rub in.
